Orderin Inc. takes to heart the problems related to the protection of your personal information. Desiring to protect your rights, we have established the present privacy protection policy. Please make sure that you have read and understood our policy on this matter and feel free to contact us if you have any questions or issues concerning the present document. Please note that while the laws of Québec & Canada only protect personal information relative to a real person and his/her identity, the present Charter also applies to legal persons.

1. Definition of "Personal Information":

  1. The term "personal information" designates generally all information about an individual and his/her identity. Within the scope of your relationship and use of the website, this corresponds to your name, given name, telephone number, physical address and virtual address (email), credit card or bank account number, as well as any other information about yourself that you choose to communicate to us as part of your relationship and use of the website. This term also applies to any other information pertinent in relation with a claim or complaint received against you relatively to your use of the website.

  2. Your personal information will be kept within an electronic client-file entitled "[Your Name] File" within a secured database located on servers based in the city of Montréal, Canada (see contact information hereafter).
  3. Each time you interact with the website, it receives and temporarily keeps certain types of information. Like many websites, it uses "cookies". The website also uses "log files" that track certain parameters such as IP addresses, browser software type, and referring and exit sites. This information is not in any way linked to information that would permit your identification.

3. Consent:

  1. When you elect to use the website and to communicate your personal information, you give express consent to the collection, use, and divulgation of your personal information, in conformity with the text of the present Charter. You acknowledge and agree that your name, address, and telephone number be communicated to Orderin’s partner-restaurant to which you have requested the delivery of a meal.
  2. It is possible for you to withdraw that consent at any time, although withdrawal may result in the suspension of the services offered.

4. Use of Personal Information:

  1. We do not seek to sell, lease, loan, exchange, or give your email address, your postal code, or your telephone number to a third party without your express consent. Your personal information is protected and cannot be retrieved by an outside person. We shall use a user’s personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide contracted services and to collect fees owed for the use of our services.
  2. The use of personal information shall be limited to the objectives defined in Paragraph 2 of the present Charter and to other uses permitted or required by Canadian law.
