Step 4 : Receiving an order
Once the order is confirmed, it is directly sent to the restaurant in a matter of minutes. It will be transmitted via email and then printed out on the printer which Orderin.ca provides to the restaurant location, as well as the hard drive.

The date and time that the consumer wants his food to arrive will also be shown.
This will give the restaurant all the information needed to fill the consumer’s order with all his/her specifications. The restaurant will have all the personal information needed to confirm and deliver the order.

This print-out will also give the restaurant a consumer status advising it whether this is the consumer’s first-time order, or if he/she is a regular customer. If the restaurant wants to re-confirm the order with the consumer, it can do so.

The order will also show what mode of payment has been chosen so that the restaurant can indicate to its driver if cash pick-up is required. Orderin.ca takes care of all other payment methods, excepting for cash, and ensures to settle with the restaurants twice a month.
